Services Offered

Property Acquisition Phase:

  • Shortlisting the suburbs based on your loan serviceability and available cash/equity.
  • Advising on the loan structures and entities to ensure it’s the right product for the subdivision. 
  • Providing a detailed feasibility report indicating the required funds, loan and projected ROI.
  • Proposing potential properties suitable for subdivision by performing required due diligence and liaising with the council.
  • Assist with negotiating the price with the agent to secure the best deal. 
  • Organizing the property inspection by a preferred property manager to provide a detailed report. 
  • Liaise with the B & P inspector to organize inspection and to provide detailed input on the report to choose next steps.

Subdivision Phase:

  • Getting quotes from Town Planners, Land Surveyors, Engineers and other consultants to select the best team.
  • Working closely with consultants and council to achieve the best possible and cost-effective house design.
  • Liaising with service providers (water, electricity, gas) to get their consent for DA.
  • Acquiring property data (easements, LPD, sewer points) from council to assist with town planning application.
  • Address any RFI from council that may come up during the advertising stage of DA. 
  • Act as a single point of contact till council provides DA approval. 
  • Working closely with consultants and council to achieve the best possible and cost-effective house design.  
  • Work with utility providers ( water, power, gas, NBN) to get the required approval for subdivision.
  • Get multiple quotes from the builder and make a best choice to be handed over to the client.
  • Work with conveyancer and the bank to register new titles at the time of build.
